论对高校少数民族学生权益的偏向性法律保护

On the Special Legal Protection to the Minority Students in University

受初中等教育水平、经济水平和生活习俗的制约,高校少数民族学生群体在大学处于相对弱势地位。法律偏向性地保障高校少数民族学生的权益,这是和谐社会法治理念和新时代宪法观对我们提出的必然要求。在当前形势下,必须利用法律手段调控少数民族地区的初中等教育,必须为少数民族学生完成高等教育提供全方位、多层次的资金、就业支持,必须充分照顾少数民族学生的生活习俗。

Because of the restriction of junior high school education level,economic level and life custom,the minority students are in a relatively weak in university.The special legal protection to the minority students in university is the request inevitably of new legal idea.In the current situation,it is necessary to control the junior high school education by law,to provide support,to respect the life custom,in the area of minority.
