随着国际贸易形势的变化,针对我国的反补贴调查逐年增多;同时伴随近年来我国经济高速发展和国际经济环境的不景气,国际贸易竞争的激烈程度日渐加深,我国遇到的和将要遇到的国际贸易争端进入到了一个多发期,在寻求解决之道前,客观地评析我国现有的反补贴制度就显得十分重要。应从我国反补贴制度的演变入手,进一步评析我国的反补贴制度,同时从全球视角和中国视角对我国面临的反补贴形势进行阐释,通过对中国反补贴制度所面临的现状进行评析,为我国应对国外的反补贴调查探究一些可行性的策略。

With the changing of international trading situation,anti-subsidy investigations against China is increasing year by year.Accompanied in recent years,China's rapid economic development and international economic environment of recession,has made the international trading competition more intense.Our experienced and to be encountered in international trading disputes has accessed into a multiple of time.It is very important to objectively analysis the existing subsidy system in China before searching for solution.This article is started from the evolution of our anti-subsidy system,further assess the China's anti-subsidy system,while explaining the anti-subsidy situation we are facing from both global and national perspective.Trying to research some feasible strategies for responding the foreign anti-subsidy investigation,via evaluating the present status of China anti-subsidy system.
