摘要
实践性法律教学是培养学生实践能力的根本途径,具有单纯的理论教学所不可替代的特殊功能。目前高校法学专业实践教学方式缺乏统筹规划、零散不成体系,实践教学缺乏有效的管理和评价机制,"双师型"教师队伍缺乏,实践教学投入不足、缺乏实践教学的环境。面对以上诸多问题,我们可以通过建立规范系统的实践教学体系,形成多元化的实践教学模式,培养"双师型"教师队伍,建立合理的实践教学评价机制,加大对实践教学的投入等途径提高法学专业实践教学的质量。
Practical legal education is a way of improving students' practice skills.It has the special features and can't be replaced by simple theory teaching.Currently legal education in universities has still existed the following problems: Practical teaching patterns lack of overall planning and haven't formed system;practical teaching lacks of effective management and evaluation mechanisms;'Double-capacities' teachers team is still in training period;Practice teaching is short of funds input and teaching resources.Therefore,we should adopt the following methods to improve practical legal teaching qualities: we can establish a standardized system of practical teaching,form a wide practical pattern,bring up 'double-capacities' teaching team,set up a reasonable management and evaluation mechanisms of practical teaching and increase funds input to build practical teaching environment.
