法律硕士专业学位研究生人才培养创新机制初探——以云南大学为例

On System Innovation of Juris Master Professional Degree Education——Take Yunnan University as example

我国法律硕士专业学位教育自举办以来取得了显著的成绩,但也存在较多不足,因而法律硕士教育制度的改革、完善和创新已经成为我国法学教育面临的一个重要任务。云南大学作为全国较早且云南省首家开办法律硕士教育的高校,为国家的人才培养做出了重要贡献。以其为例,通过对办学经验的总结,反思了法律硕士教育存在的问题,提出了创新人才培养的思路和对策,力争为创新我国法律硕士教育人才培养机制提供借鉴。

In China,Juris Master Professional Degree Education has made significant achievements since its establishment,but is still not perfect enough.Therefore,the most important thing to the Juris Master Professional Degree Education is how to reform and innovate to make it consummate.Ahead of most of the other Chinese universities and as the first one who established the Juris Master Education in Yunnan,Yunnan University has made a remarkable contribution to the country's personnel training.Focusing on the example of the Yunnan University Juris Master Professional Degree Educationa and through the reflection on the problems and experience summary from running the school,the ideas and strategies for creative talent training are proposed in this paper,which could be taken as references to the innovation of the Chinese Juris Master talent training mechanism.
