青年大学生“法治能力”现状实证研究——以安徽师范大学为例

On Current Condition of Young University Students' Legal Ability——Take Anhui Normal Univercity as Example

大学生群体在关注法治时事的同时,对于法治案件的判处结果也逐渐产生了自身的评定,这是大学生法治能力增强的侧面反映。但需要注意的是,这并不能表明大学生对于这些判处结果的评判标准即是严谨的法律知识。就目前情况而言,仍然需要通过高校教育、社会教育及大学生自身等多方面来弥补不足、解决问题,以最终构建和谐的法治社会。

while laying more emphasis on the current legal affairs,university students form their own estimation on the outcome of these legal cases,which laterally reflects that the legal ability of this group has enhanced,however,that not means their evaluation criterion are rigorous and precise.According to the present situation,measures of improving education from both college and the society,as well as the effort of the group itself,should be taken to make up for those flaws and to resolve such problem,so as to ultimately building the harmonious society governed by law.
