On the Mode of Information Leading Detection of Corruption Crimes

信息化时代下,对职务犯罪侦查工作产生了深远的影响和巨大的挑战,给职务犯罪侦查部门的侦查活动提出了更高的要求。在这样严峻的反腐形势下,职务犯罪侦查部门"线索少,案件发现难,案件查办难"的矛盾日益突出,严重影响了职务犯罪侦查部门各项重点工作的深入开展。因此,职务犯罪侦查部门必须根据形势变化,更新办案思想观念,转变全新侦查模式,探索和使用"信息引导侦查"职务犯罪侦查模式这种新机制、新手段,化被动为主动,进一步提高与职务犯罪活动作斗争能力。

In the information age,a lot of elements affect the detection of corruption crimes.The investigative organization faces more and more challenges and difficulties.We have to treat with problems such as how to collective clues to find the happening of a corruption crime,what is the best way to affirm it and so on.If we failed to cope with these problems properly,the whole situation of our work should be affected.Therefore,we have to update the work notion and adopt the advanced detective mode of information leading detection.If only we should struggle positively to the corruption crimes that we could do a better job.This article tries to discuss the actuating mechanism of the information leading detection,which is in order to benefit our work in detection of corruption crimes.
