The Application of Questioning Strategy in the Practice of Post Crime Investigation

讯问是我国一项重要的刑事侦查手段。职务犯罪案件由于侦查难度较大,更加凸显询问策略和技巧在整个侦查中的作用,因此,对职务犯罪案件讯问策略的研究是一项非常重要的理论研究工作。本文在对职务犯罪案件特点及犯罪主体心理作充分研究的基础上,简要介绍几种常见的讯问策略类型及其在职务犯罪中的运用。

Questioning is an important method of criminal investigation in China.Post crime,due to its investigation difficulty,manifests the important role of questioning strategy and tactic in the whole process of investigation.Therefore,research on questioning strategy for post crime cases is a very important theoretical research task.Based on sufficient research on the characteristics of post crime cases and criminal psychology,this thesis has briefly introduced several types of frequently applied questioning strategy and their application in post crime.
