法律类高等职业教育之发展路径探析——以城市社区法律人才培养为出发点

Analysis of Development Ways of Higher Legal Vocational Education——Take the legal talents training for urban community as a target

法律类高等职业教育在人才培养模式的定位上不很明晰,实际上一直就是一种专科的普通高等法学教育,并没有凸显其"职业"特色。法律职业的内在技术性、技巧性,以及市场经济发展的需要,对法律专业毕业学生的实践能力要求越来越高。法律类高等职业教育的发展,应当面向社区法律人才的培养,由单纯的培养国家权力执行者,转向培养法律服务工作者,这应当是高等法律职业院校人才培养模式的新选择。

The talents training pattern of higher legal vocational education is not in a clear position,in fact,it has always been a specialty of the common law education,not stand out their 'professional' features.The inherent technical and skillful of legal profession,and the market economy development more and more need law practice of the legal profession graduates has well practical capacity.Therefore,geared to the development of community legal talents training,from simply developing performers of state power,turn to the education of legal servant,should be a new choice for higher legal vocational colleges.
