PID算法优化在鲜肉排酸处理中的应用

摘要 为了提高鲜肉排酸处理的自动化程度,解决系统存在的非线性、大滞后、大惯性等问题,研制了一种鲜肉排酸自动化控制系统,该系统利用反馈回路控制技术,结合PID控制并对控制算法进行优化,从而实现对排酸冷却间中的温度、湿度和风速等环境参数进行自动监测和精准调节。研究结果表明:PID算法优化后的控制系统动态响应快、鲁棒性强、稳态精度高、超调量小、抗扰动能力强,具有良好的控制效果,能够满足鲜肉排酸处理的要求。 In order to improve the degree of automation of cold meat acid treatment, solve existing problems such as nonlinear, largedelay and large inertia, a cold meat acid automatic control system based on the feedback loop control and PID control technology isdeveloped, and the PID control algorithm is optimized, thus realizing the automatic monitoring and precision controlling of the envi-ronment parameters such as the temperature, the humidity and the wind. The research result shows that the control system opti-mized by PID algorithm has fast dynamic response, strong robustness, high accuracy, small overshoot and strong anti-interferencecapacity, which has good control effect and can meet the processing requirements of cold meat acid removal.
