摘要 针对高压电力设备局部放电的监测需求,结合放电光谱的紫外波段分布特征,提出一种基于SiC基光电传感器的放电监测方法,并进行了系统设计,重点给出模拟电路模块、以FPGA为核心的数字电路模块和识别定位软件的设计思路和方法。通过实验测试,验证了基于SiC基的放电探测系统能够实现对局部放电现象的准确探测和放电方位的识别。克服了以往监测设备体积大、易受干扰、成本高,只能判断有无,很难判断方位的问题,为电力系统局部放电监测提供了新的技术手段。 In view of the monitoring demand of partial discharge in high-voltage power equipment,combined with the distribution characteristics of ultraviolet spectrum in discharge spectrum,a discharge monitoring method using SiC-based photoelectric sensor was proposed.The system design was given,and the design ideas and methods of the analog circuit module,the digital circuit module using FPGA as the core and identification software were introduced.Experimental tests prove that the discharge monitoring system based on SiC photoelectric sensor can realize the accurate detection of partial discharge and the identification of the discharge position.It overcomes the problems of large volume,easy disturbance and high cost of traditional monitoring equipments.It provides a new technical means for monitoring partial discharge in power system.
