盐胁迫对葡萄砧木生长和叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Salt Stress on Growth and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Grape Rootstocks

摘要 以6个葡萄砧木品种1年生扦插苗为试材,采用盆栽灌盐法,研究了0.6%的NaCl溶液处理对砧木幼苗形态变化、生长量及叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以期为盐碱化土壤条件下葡萄砧木的合理利用提供参考依据。结果表明:葡萄砧木在NaCl胁迫下新梢生长量下降、叶片数减少,叶绿素含量出现不同程度的下降,叶片初始荧光(Fo)升高,最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ最大量子效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)均降低。不同品种叶绿素荧光参数下降幅度为"140R">"贝达">"1103P">"5BB">"SO4">"110R",生长量降幅为"贝达">"140R">"1103P">"5BB">"SO4">"110R"。综合分析认为,"110R""SO4"耐盐性较强,"5BB""1103P"耐盐性中等,"140R""贝达"耐盐性弱。 A trial was carried out with potted vines of six rootstocks(‘140 R'‘110 R'‘1103 P'‘SO4'‘5 BB'and‘Beta'),and the vines were irrigated with a solution containing 0.6% NaCl.The effects of salt treatment on the morphological changes,growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of rootstock seedlings were studied in order to provide a reference for the rational use of grape rootstocks under saline-alkaline soil conditions.The results showed that compared with the control,the shoot length,leaf number and chlorophyll content of all varieties decreased in different degrees under NaCl stress.The initial fluorescence(Fo)of leaves increased and the maximum fluorescence(Fm),maximum quantum efficiency(Fv/Fm)and potential photochemical activity(Fv/Fo)decreased.The decrease amplitude of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was‘140 R'〉‘Beta'〉‘1103 P'〉‘5 BB'〉‘SO4'〉‘110 R',and growth rate was reduced by ‘Beta'〉‘140 R'〉‘1103 P'〉‘5 BB'〉‘SO4'〉‘110 R'.In general,‘110 R'and‘SO4'showed a higher salt tolerance,‘5 BB'and‘1103 P'were moderately,and‘Beta'and‘140 R'were more sensitive.
