摘要
设计了一种多直线感应电机而构成的无轴承电机结构,分析了该结构的驱动特性,并采用基于有限元的方法分析了电机磁场分布、涡流分布和瞬态过程。最后在实验样机上对电机驱动特性进行了实验。仿真和实验结果表明,这种多直线电机结构能够有效实现电机驱动功能,为具有类似结构的无轴承电机设计打下基础。
In this paper, a bearingless motor structure based on multiple linear induction motors is proposed. Firstly, the driving characteristics of this structure is analyzed. Next, the magnetic field, the eddy current distribution, and the transient process of the multi-linear motor are simulated via finite element analysis method. Finally, an experiment rig is manufactured to testify the driving performance of this structure. The results of the simulation and experiment show that this structure is capable of driving the rotor. The work in this paper provides a new approach of the bearingless motor based on the multiple linear induction motors.
