Auditory Brainstem Responses in Patients With Idiopathic Facial Nerve Paralysis

为评估特发性面瘫患者脑干受累的推论，观察了２４例患者的听性脑干反应，发现有５例的波Ⅴ潜伏期和Ⅰ～Ⅴ波间期明显延长。说明一些患者可有脑干功能紊乱。

To evaluate the hypothesis of brainstem involvement in idiopathic facial nerve paralysis,auditory brainistem responses of 24 patients were studied.In 5 of these patients were found with significant prolongation of wave V latency and I￣V interval. These,results possibly suggest that brainstem dysfunction be present in some patlents.
