恩必普治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床研究

Clinical study of Butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊(商品名:恩必普)治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 90例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予恩必普治疗。比较两组患者的治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)评分、Barthel指数评分血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%明显高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组全血粘度、血浆粘度、血细胞比容和纤维蛋白原及NIHSS评分、Barthel指数均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、血细胞比容和纤维蛋白原水平等指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者NIHSS评分和Barthel指数改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩必普治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效显著,可改善血粘度和血脂情况,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules（trade name： Butylphthalide） in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as research objects, they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy. The treatment group was treated with Butylphthalide on the basis of the control group. The national institutes of health stroke scale（NHISS）, Barthel index score, hemorheological indexes before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 71.11% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen level, NIHSS score and Barthel index of the two groups were significantly better than those of before treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction is significant, can improve blood viscosity and blood lipid, improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
