优质护理应用在老年脑梗死患者中对生活质量及预后的影响分析

Effect analysis of high quality nursing on quality of life and prognosis in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的分析老年脑梗死患者中应用优质护理对生活质量及预后的影响。方法 66例老年脑梗死患者,按护理模式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理。比较两组患者护理后神经及运动功能、生活质量情况。结果护理后,观察组患者美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(13.44±1.64)分低于对照组的(25.46±1.59)分, Fugl-Meyer评分(60.39±6.54)分高于对照组的(50.26±6.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者情感功能、躯体功能、精神状态、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可显著改善患者肢体运动功能,减轻神经功能损伤,促进生活质量提高,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on quality of life and prognosis in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing models, 33 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group received high quality nursing. The neurological and motor function and quality of life after nursing between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the national institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS） score in the observation group was（13.44±1.64） scores, which was significantly lower than（25.46±1.59） scores in the control group, the Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was（60.39±6.54） scores, which was significantly higher than（50.26±6.12） scores of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the scores of emotional function, physical function, mental state and general health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve patients＇ limb motor function, alleviate nerve function injury, and promote the quality of life, and with remarkable effect.
