摘要
冷捣糊问世30多年来,已在铝电解槽内衬上获得了广泛的应用。从上世纪90年代,西方国家和使用西方铝电解技术的国家淘汰了热捣糊,规定只能使用冷捣糊。在中东等热带地区,夏季可以使用温捣糊。冷捣糊以环保、焙烧收缩率小、捣实性能好、强度适中以及便于机械化施工等优势得到了越来越多的关注和重视。
Cold ramming paste has been applied widely in aluminium electrolytic cell lining more than 30 years. Since the 1990 s, hot ramming paste has been banned and only use cold ramming paste in western countries and the area with western aluminium electrolysis technology. The tepid paste can be applied in summer in the Middle East and other tropical regions. Environmentally friendly, low baking shrinkage, good rammability, appropriate strength and easy for mechanical application are the main reasons why cold ramming pastes are widely paid more attention.
