摘要
软化点是煤沥青最为关键的质量指标,本文从试样熔解方法、铜环试样的制备、检测仪关键性尺寸的校准以及温度及补偿等角度出发,研究了其对检测数据准确性的影响。实验结果表明:油浴加热温度控制在220~230℃之间熔解试样效果最好,熔样时间不宜过长,控制在10min为宜;铜环试样的制备直接影响到检测的准确性;检测仪关键性尺寸对软化点影响较大,应对其确认并校准;需要增加温度及补偿温度。
Softening point detection of coal tar pitch is the most important quality index. This paper studies the influence of melting method of coal tar pitch, preparation of copper ring specimen, calibration of key dimensions of tester, temperature and compensation on the accuracy of testing data of softening point of coal tar pitch. The experimental results show that the best effect is to control the heating temperature of oil bath between 220 C and 230, and the dissolving time should not be too long, and it should be controlled within 10 minutes; the preparation of copper ring sample directly affects the accuracy of the test; the key size of the tester has a great influence on the softening point, so it should be confirmed and calibrated; and the temperature should be increased. And compensation temperature.
