摘要
唐钢一钢轧厂1#机中薄板坯连铸坯厚度原为150mm,自主改造升级为180mm厚度。改造使得原有的工艺参数不再适应现在的工艺参数,制定合理的工艺参数对改造后连铸坯质量的提升和生产正常运行具有重要意义。本文对改造后主要连铸工艺参数的优化过程进行了较为详尽的阐述,并给出了参数优化后的改进效果,对类似的连铸机改造提供了可供了参考的借鉴经验。
Thickness of the 1# middle thin continuous caster of No.l Hot Rolling department, revamped to 180 millimete thickness.this revampe lead to a inapplicable about technological parameters,it is very important to make a suitable technological parameters for the quality advancement and normal production.this paper give a technical data about the major technological parameters after revamped,and give a result of each of technoiogical parameters,this give a referential experience abou likeness revamped continuous caster.
