摘要
为提高钢渣利用附加值,介绍了钢渣粉磨工艺。该工艺是将原料铜渣先进行磁选除铁,然后进入预粉磨系统,粉磨制成钢渣粉半成品;将上述铜渣粉的半成品再磁选除铁一次后进入球磨机中进行粉磨,最终制成比表面积大于400m2/k的钢渣粉产品。提出了以7d、28d活性指数为指标控制铜渣粉的生产的方法。介绍了钢渣粉在混凝土中作为掺合料使用,也介绍了钢渣粉用于烟气脱硫的应用。
In order to improve the added value of steel slag utilization, this article introduces the process of slag grinding. The first step of this process is separate metals from slag by magnetic separation, and then slag be sent into pre-grinding system, slag be processed into semi-products. This semi-product goes through magnetic separation system again for demetal, and then this semi-products be sent into ball mill for grinding. The specific area of final products will more than 400 m2/kg after ball mill grinding. This article present an idea that the activity index of 7d, 28d of slag superfine to control slag superfine production. It introduces the utilization of slag superfine be used into concrete as additive, and the slag superfine application in flue gas desulphurization.
