摘要 为了实现高速公路改扩建期间的安全交通组织,解决施工期间的交通流转移将会造成高速公路通行效率低以及交通安全等难题,以理论结合实际项目的观念,依托江西省某高速公路改扩建项目工程,根据高速改扩建期间交通组织的现状分析了安全交通组织的必要性。基于高速公路改扩建期间的交通指标数据,科学合理的构建高速公路改扩建期间交通组织安全性综合评价指标体系,并综合分析确定交通运行安全等级;改进动力学模型增加安全评价等级参数,得到新的参数模型,并根据高速公路改扩建期间车辆的综合运行指标数据计算安全减速距离;最后,基于安全减速距离利用VISSIM软件输出车辆延误事件,根据VISSIM运行轨迹利用SSAM软件输出交通冲突,来进一步确定车辆的减速区间。综上,建立了高速公路改扩建期间交通安全评价模型体系,采用"指标定量+综合打分法"确定指标权重,基于评价后的安全等级,优化了现有动力学模型,利用软件进一步确定提高通行效率的减速距离,保障车辆减速阶段的转向合流,保障道路交通组织的安全,实现道路施工期间的顺畅通行。研究表明:交通组织模型结构首先在宏观层面确定大交通环境下高速公路运行的风险等级,然后微观分析改扩建期间节点交通组织的安全及通行效率,对现状高速公路改扩建期间的交通组织具有一定的指导意义。 In order to realize the safe traffic organization during expressway reconstruction and expansion,solve the problems such as low expressway efficiency and traffic safety due to traffic flow transfer during construction,by the concept of combining theory with actual projects,the necessity of safe traffic organization is analyzed based on an expressway reconstruction and expansion project in Jiangxi Province according to the current situation of traffic organization during the reconstruction and expansion. Based on the traffic index data during the reconstruction and reconstruction, a comprehensive evaluation index system for traffic organization safety during the period of expressway reconstruction and expansion is scientifically and reasonably constructed,and the traffic operation safety level is comprehensively analyzed and determined.The kinetic model is improved and the safety evaluation level parameters are increased to obtain a new parameter model,and the safety deceleration distance is calculated according to the vehicle comprehensive operation index data during the reconstruction and expansion. Finally,based on the safety decelerationdistance,the vehicle delay event is output using the VISSIM software,the traffic conflict is output using SSAM software according to VISSIM trajectory to further determine the vehicle deceleration interval. In summary,the traffic safety evaluation model system during the reconstruction and expansion is established.The index weight is determined by the "index quantifying + comprehensive scoring method". Based on the evaluated safety level,the existing kinetic model is optimized,the deceleration distance for improving the traffic efficiency is further determined using the software to ensure the steering convergence in the vehicle deceleration phase,ensure the safety of road traffic organization,and achieve smooth passage during road construction. The research shows that the traffic organization model structure first determines the risk level of expressway operation in large traffic environment at the macro level,and then micro analyzes the traffic organization safety and traffic efficiency of node during the reconstruction and expansion,it has certain guiding significance for the traffic organization during the reconstruction and expansion of the existing expressway.
