摘要
为探索光照对鹤望兰幼苗培育及抗寒性的影响,以不同光照条件下的18个月鹤望兰为材料,用生理生化方法从半致死温度、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛、POD等生理指标研究叶片在自然降温过程中抗寒力的变化。结果表明:在自然降温过程中,半致死温度也逐渐降低,夏季遮荫的半致死温度由-1.79℃到-3.32℃,全年遮荫半致死温度由-0.72℃到-1.51℃;可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量也变化明显;且均表现为夏季遮荫抗寒力最强,POD活性比较稳定,对温度敏感性低。不同光照条件下的鹤望兰抗寒力由强到弱为夏季遮荫、全年自然光、全年遮荫。
The paper aims to explore the effect of light on seedling cultivation and cold resistance of Strelitzia reginae. The influence of different light conditions on the leaf cold resistance ability is studied by the method of physiology biochemistry from the following physiologic indexes: the semilethal low temperature(LT50), solublesugar, proline, POD activity, MDA with 18-month-old S. reginae as the material. The results showed that thesemilethal temperature was gradually reduced in the natural cooling process, from-1.79℃ to-3.32℃ shade insummer and from-0.72℃ to-1.51℃ shade all year. Meanwhile, soluble sugar, proline and MDA changedsignificantly and showed the strongest cold resistance in summer shade. POD activity was relatively stable, lowsensitivity to temperature. The cold resistance of S. reginae growing in different light conditions was: shade insummer natural light all year shade all year.
