摘要
为筛选适宜山东地区气候特点栽植的观赏竹类资源,恢复竹林景观,2014年10月—2015年3月对山东省、江苏省和江西省境内有代表性竹子分布区进行基因资源调查与收集,共收集种质31份,分别保存于威海文峰基地与济南历城区唐王基地资源圃。连续2年调查其成活率、萌笋率及抗寒性,并利用隶属函数法对31份种质进行了抗寒性综合评价。初步评价结果是:‘桂竹’、‘碧玉间黄金’和‘箬竹’在山东省沿海地区表现出抗寒性最强;‘桂竹’、‘金明竹’、‘黄槽石绿竹’、‘美丽箬竹’和‘矮箬竹’在山东省内陆地区表现出抗寒性最强。可见,‘桂竹’、‘金明竹’等7个竹种适应性强,适宜山东省栽植并可开发利用。
The objectives are to screen the ornamental bamboo resources which are suitable for the climatic characteristics in Shandong, and restore the bamboo forest landscape. The investigation and collection ofbamboo gene resources in the representative bamboo distribution areas of Shandong Province, Jiangsu Provinceand Jiangxi Province were carried out from October 2014 to March 2015. 31 accessions were collected andpreserved in resource nursery of Weihai Wenfeng Base and Jinan Licheng Tangwang Base respectively. Weinvestigated the survival rate, sprouting rate and cold resistance for two consecutive years and used subordinatefunction method to evaluate the anti-cold comprehensive evaluation. The preliminary evaluation resultsshowed that Phyllostachys bambusoides, Ph. aureosulcata and Indocalamus tessellatus in the coastal areas of Shandong Province had the strongest cold resistance, and Ph. bambusoides, Ph. bambusoides var. castillonis,Ph. nuda, I. decorus and I. pedalis showed the strongest cold resistance in the inland of Shandong Province.Seven bamboo species such as Ph. Bambusoide and Ph. bambusoides var. castillonis, had high adaptability,they were suitable for planting and developing in Shandong Province.
