精神分裂症患者在日间康复中心的体验研究

The rehabilitation experiences of schizophrenia patients in day care centers

目的深入了解康复期精神分裂症患者在日间康复中心的体验和感受,探索提升社区精神卫生服务质量的策略。方法对17例患者进行深度访谈并进行资料分析。结果提炼出4个主题:患者在日间康复中心得到专业支持;患者的疾病管理能力得到提升;患者逐步尝试重建生活;患者在日间康复中心的困惑与纠结。结论患者在日间康复中心具有复杂且多样的心理体验,应给予有针对性的干预。

Objective To in-depth understanding of the experiences and feelings of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation in day care centers,explore and improve the mental health services in the community. Methods Totally 17 patients were interviewed by in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed. Results Four themes were extracted：patients gained professional support;improved patients＇ disease management ability; patients tried to rebuild life gradually;and patients＇ confusion in day care center. Conclusion Patients have the complex and diverse psychological experience in day care centers,and should be given targeted interventions.
