老年肺炎患者血清C-反应蛋白、D-二聚体、乳酸的水平变化及意义

Changes and Significance of Serum C-reactive Protein, D-two Dimer and Lactic Acid in Elderly Pneumonia Patients

摘要 目的探讨老年肺炎患者血清C-反应蛋白、D-二聚体、乳酸水平变化及意义。方法临床纳入本院2015年7月至2017年9月收治的43例老年肺炎患者作为研究组,另选取同期住院43例非感染老年患者作为对照组。对两组CRP、D-二聚体、LA水平等指标进行测定,并将两组CRP、D-二聚体、LA水平变化情况进行对比,同时对比存活组与死亡组CRP、D-二聚体、LA水平变化。结果研究组CRP、D-二聚体、LA水平均显著高于对照组(t=12.775、t=76.247、t=14.173),P<0.05;存活组与死亡组在CRP、D-二聚体、LA水平变化情况上对比均具有统计学意义(t=-6.388、P=0.000,t=-2.991、P=0.005,t=-11.519、P=0.000)。结论老年肺炎患者CRP、D-二聚体、LA水平明显升高,且死亡者CRP、D-二聚体、LA水平显著高于存活者;CRP、D-二聚体、LA等指标的测定对诊断老年肺炎具有重要临床意义。 Objective to investigate changes and significance of serum C-reactive protein, D-two dimer and lactic acid in elderly pneumonia patients. Methods treat 43 cases elderly pneumonia patients in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2017 as study group, and 43 cases non infected elderly patients as control group at the same period. Detect indexes of CRP, Dtwo dimer and lactic acid level of two groups, and compare changes of CRP, D-two dimer and lactic acid level, and compare changes of CRP, D-two dimer and lactic acid level between survival group and death group. Results CRP, D-two dimer and lactic acid level of study group was significantly higher than control group(t=12.775, t=76.247, t=14.173), P〈0.05, and CRP, D-two dimer and lactic acid level showed statistically significant difference bewteen survival group and death group,(t=-6.388、P =0.000,t=-2.991、P=0.005,t =-11.519、P =0.000). Conclusion CRP, D-two dimer and acid level level of elderly pneumonia patients was significantly increased, and that of death group was significantly higher than survivors. Determination of CRP, D-two dimer, lactic acid and other indicators had important clinical significance in diagnosis of elderly pneumonia.
