细节管理联合心理护理在妇产科急危重症患者中的临床护理效果

Clinical Nursing Effect of Detail Management Combined with Psychological Nursing on Obstetrics and Gynecology Acute Critical Patients

目的探究细节管理+心理护理应用于妇产科急危重症患者中所取得的效果,分析细节管理+心理护理在临床中的应用价值。方法选取2016年04月01日至2018年04月01日于本院进行治疗的50例妇产科急危重症患者作为本次的研究对象,常规组25例患者进行常规护理,实验组25例患者接受细节管理+心理护理干预,对两组患者护理效果进行分析。结果在护理总有效率分析之中,实验组护理总有效率明显高于常规组,组间对比存有显著差异(P<0.05)。在护理满意度的分析之中,常规组护理满意度明显低于实验组,组间对比存有显著差异(P<0.05)。在心理状态分析对比之中,常规组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显高于实验组,组间对比存有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论妇产科急危重症患者应用细节管理+心理护理,可有效保障患者的护理效果,提升患者的护理满意度,保障患者的生活品质,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective to explore effect of detail management ＋ psychological nursing on patients with obstetrics and gynecology acute critical patients, and analyze application value of detail management ＋ psychological nursing in clinical practice. Methods choose 50 cases obstetrics and gynecologic acute critical patients treated in our hospital from 1 st April 2016 to 1 st April 2018 as study objects. 25 cases in routine group were treated with routine nursing, and 25 cases in experimental group with detail management ＋ psychological nursing intervention. Analyze nursing effect of two groups. Results analysis showed total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than routine group, difference was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction degree of routine group was significantly lower than experimental group, difference was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Psychological state, SAS scores and SDS scores of routine group were significantly higher than experimental group, difference was significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion detail management and psychological nursing can can guarantee patient＇s nursing effect effectively for obstetrics and gynecology acute critical patients, and improve their nursing satisfaction degree, ensure patient＇s life quality, which is worthy of clinical wide application.
