心理护理模式在冠心病介入治疗护理中的应用效果研究

Application Effect Study of Psychological Nursing Mode in Interventional Therapy Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的分析心理护理模式在冠心病介入治疗护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月于本院进行冠心病介入治疗的78例患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机法将其分成两组,一组采用常规护理措施,为对照组,一组在此基础上实施心理护理模式,为观察组,比较两组患者的情绪状态和生活质量。结果观察组患者的SAS评分为(1.8±0.6)分,SDS评分为(1.9±0.6)分,其各项数据均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的躯体质量评分为(90.4±2.1)分,情感功能评分为(92.3±1.6)分,社会功能评分为(93.6±1.5)分,其各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理模式的应用可以缓解冠心病介入治疗患者的负性情绪,确保手术的顺利进行,提高其术后生活质量。

Objective to analyze application effect of psychological nursing mode in interventional therapy nursing of coronary heart disease. Methods choose 78 cases coronary heart disease patients with interventional therapy in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 as research objects, divide them into two groups by digital random method. Control group was treated with routine nursing measures, and observation group with psychological nursing mode on above basis, Compare emotional status and life quality of two groups. Results SAS scores of observation group were（1.8±0.6）, and SDS scores were（1.9±0.6）, higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Body mass scores of observation group were（90.4±2.1）, emotional function scores were（92.3±1.6）, social function scores were（93.6±1.5）, all were higher than control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion application of psychological nursing mode can relieve negative emotion of coronary interventional therapy patients, ensure smooth operation and improve postoperative life quality of patients.
