加减八珍汤联合放化疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者疗效及对生存期影响分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Modified Eight Ingredients Decoction Combined with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy on Medium-term and Advanced Cervical Cancer Patients and Effect on their Survival Time

目的分析加减八珍汤联合放化疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者疗效及对生存期的影响。方法选取2015年12月至2018年2月本院收治的120例中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,一组采用放化疗治疗,为常规组,一组联合加减八珍汤治疗,为观察组,比较两组患者的治疗效果和生存周期。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为83.33%(50例),明显高于常规组的51.67%(31例),两组数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均生存周期为(2.51±0.62)年,不良反应发生率为10%(6例),各项数据均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论加减八珍汤联合放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效明显,可减少不良反应,延长患者生命周期,可以在宫颈癌的临床治疗中广泛应用。

Objective to analyze curative effect of modified Eight Ingredients Decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in treatment of advanced cervical cancer patients and effect on their survival time. Methods choose 120 cases mid term and advanced cervical cancer patients in our hospital from December 2015 to February 2018, divide them into two groups randomly. Routine group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and observation group with combination of routine treatment nad Eight Ingredients Decoction. Compare treatment effect and survival period of two groups. Results effective rate of observation group was 83.33%（50 cases）, significantly higher than 51.67% of routine group（31 cases）. Data comparison showed statistical significance between two groups,（P〈0.05）; average survival period of observation group was（2.51±0.62） years, adverse reactions incidence was 10%（6 cases）, above data was better than routine group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion modified Eight Ingredients Decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy has obvious effect in treatment of mid term and advanced cervical cancer, can reduce adverse reaction and prolong life cycle of patients, which can be widely applied in clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
