分析外科手术联合药物治疗胆结石的临床效果

Clinical Effect Analysis of Surgical Operation Combined with Drugs in Treatment of Cholelithiasis

目的针对胆结石患者采取外科手术联合药物治疗所取得的效果展开分析。方法参与本次研究的对象为2016年1月至2017年1月在我院进行医治的胆结石患者60例,采取数字表法将其分成两组,外科手术是参照组所用的治疗方法,而外科手术联合药物则是研究组所用的治疗方法。结果数据表明,研究组的术后并发症发生率显著比参照组低,且研究组的治疗效果总有效率要显著比参照组高。结论在胆结石患者的治疗中,采取外科手术联合药物治疗方法能够取得可观的效果,并减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective to analyze effect of surgical operation combined with drug therapy on cholelithiasis patients. Methodstreat 60 cases cholelithiasis patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 as study object. Divide them into two groups by digital table method. Reference group was treated with surgical operation, and research group with surgical operation combined medicine. Results data showed postoperative complications incidence of study group was significantly lower than reference group, total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than reference group. Conclusion surgical operation combined with drug therapy can achieve considerable results and reduce postoperative complications in treatment of cholelithiasis patients.
