轻比重腰椎麻醉与全身麻醉在老年患者人工股骨头置换术中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Light Weight Lumbar Anesthesia and General Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Artificial Femoral Head Replacement

目的探究轻比重腰椎麻醉与全身麻醉在老年患者人工股骨头置换术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年1月的实行人工股骨头置换术的老年患者52例,采用随机分组法将其分组,对实验组患者采用轻比重腰椎麻醉方式进行麻醉,对对照组患者采用全身麻醉方式进行麻醉。结果经研究,发现实验组患者的手术出血量明显少于对照组患者,实验组下肢运动功能的恢复慢于对照组,住院时长明显优于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用轻比重腰椎麻醉方式对老年患者人工股骨头置换术进行麻醉,能够减少患者手术中的出血量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to explore application effect of light weight lumbar anesthesia and general anesthesia in elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement. Methods choose 52 cases elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement from May 2016 to January 2018, divide them into groups with random grouping method, experimental group was treated with light weight lumbar anesthesia, and control group with general anesthesia. Results study found bleeding amount of experimental group was significantly less than control group, motor function recovery of lower extremities of experimental group was slower than control group, and hospitalization time was obviously shorter than control group, difference showed statistical significance,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion light weight lumbar anesthesia can reduce intraoperative bleeding amount of elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement, which is worthy of promotion and application.
