优质护理对提高自然分娩率的作用观察

Effect Observation on of Quality Nursing on Improving Natural Delivery Rate

目的探讨优质护理对提高自然分娩率的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年3月分娩的120例产妇为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为优质护理,对比两组护理情况。结果观察组的护理效果好于对照组。结论优质护理对产妇的应用效果显著,能提高自然分娩率,减少产后2 h出血量,缩短产程时间,提高新生儿阿氏评分,值得应用。

Objective to explore application effect of quality nursing on improving natural delivery rate. Methodschoose 120 cases parturient women delivered in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018, divide them into two groups. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and observation group with quality nursing. Compare nursing condition of two groups. Results nursing effect of observation group was better than control group. Conclusion quality nursing has significant application effect on parturients, can improve natural delivery rate, reduce bleeding amount 2 H after postpartum, shorten labor time and improve newborns＇ ABI scores, which is worthy of application.
