临床护理路径在下肢静脉曲张手术患者中的应用效果研究

Application Effect Study of Clinical Nursing Path on Surgical Patients with Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

目的研究临床护理路径在下肢静脉曲张手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的102例下肢静脉曲张手术患者作为观察对象,依据抽签法分为对照组和研究组,各51例,分别予以常规护理、临床护理路径,对2组护理效果进行比较。结果研究组住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组,其并发症发生率低于对照组,组间表现出的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张手术患者应用临床护理路径,有利于缩短住院时间,减少住院费用和并发症,具有借鉴和推广意义。

Objective to study application effect of clinical nursing path in surgical patients with varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods choose 102 cases varicose veins of lower extremities patients from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital as observation objects. According to casting lots method, divide them into control and study group, 51 cases in each, were treated with routine nursing and clinical nursing pathway respectively. Compare nursing effects of two groups. Resultshospitalization time and cost of study group was less than control group, complications incidence was lower than control group. Difference was statistically significant between two groups,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion clinical nursing path is conductive to shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization cost and complications in treatment of patients with varicose veins of lower extremities, which is of significance for reference and promotion.
