观察甲硝唑缓释药膜用于牙周炎的治疗价值

Observing Curative Value of Metronidazole Sustained Release Membrane in Treatment of Periodontitis

目的探讨甲硝唑缓释药膜用于牙周炎的治疗价值。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年2月牙周炎患者80例,划分为观察组、对照组,每组各40例。其中观察组患者给予甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗,对照组患者给予碘甘油治疗,然后比较两组患者的治疗效果及患牙相关指标。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组75%,且观察组患者的各项患牙指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者均无严重不良反应。结论对牙周炎患者进行甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗,能够有效提高患牙治疗效果。

Objective to explore curative value of metronidazole sustained release membrane in treatment of periodontitis. Methods choose 80 cases periodontitis patients from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital, divide them into observation and control group, 40 cases in each. Observation group was treated with metronidazole sustained-release film, and control group with iodine glycerol. Compare treatment effect and related tooth index of two groups. Results after treatment, total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%, significantly higher than control group（75%）. All tooth indexes of observation group were better than control group（P〈0.05）, both groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion metronidazole sustained-release membrane therapy can improve treatment effect of periodontitis patients effectively.
