深圳市门诊咽喉炎人群特征大数据分析

Big Data Analysis of the Population Characteristics of the Sphagitis Outpatients in Shenzhen

目的对深圳市门诊咽喉炎人群进行大数据分析,对咽喉炎疾病进行特征分析,探讨该病高发人群及高发季节,为该病的预防和管控提供方向。方法基于深圳市医学信息中心的医疗大数据交换平台,利用大数据文本匹配算法,对2015年的深圳市咽喉炎疾病患者相关因素进行全样本的采集、清洗、融合,从多个维度切入分析咽喉炎主要的特征。结果男性比女性更应关注咽喉的健康;1~、20~至30~年龄阶段为咽炎的高发人群;春夏季为咽炎的高发季节。结论在高发季节医疗机构应加强对咽炎知识的宣传及普及;高发人群应多喝水、饮食清淡,忌烟忌酒,以预防咽炎。

Objective To analyze the outpatients with pharyngitis and characteristics of pharyngitis in Shenzhen via big data technology. Investigate the high-risk group and high-occurrence seasons to provide direction for the prevention and control of pharyngitis. Methods Based on the medical data exchange platform of Shenzhen Medical Information Center, collecting, cleaning and integrating the relevant factors of pharyngitis patients in Shenzhen City,2015. Analyze the main characteristics of pharyngitis from multiple dimensions. Results Men should pay more attention than women to the health of the throat.I- . 20- and 30- are the highrisk group of pharyngitis. Spring and Summer are the high-occurrence seasons of pharyngitis. Conclusion In the high-occurrence seasons, medical institutions should strengthen the publicity and popularization of pharyngitis knowledge. High-risk group should drink plenty of water, light diet, and avoid smoking and drinking to prevent pharyngitis.
