小儿肠炎护理中健康教育的应用及可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研讨小儿肠炎患者接受健康教育指导的临床价值。方法回顾2012年1月至2016年1月我院幼儿园医务室收治的35例小儿肠炎病例,入选患儿按护理方式不同分为两组,Ⅰ组(n=17)接受常规基础护理,Ⅱ组(n=18)在上述条件下开展系统的健康教育指导,观察评估两组的干预情况。结果相比Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组患儿痊愈时间显著缩短,依从性评分、家长知识掌握度显著提高,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经服务问卷调查,显示Ⅱ组相比Ⅰ组在家长满意度上显著提高,达到100.0%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肠炎患者的临床护理中开展系统的健康教育指导是一种可行干预策略,值得临床推广。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of guidance for health education for children with enteritis. Methods To review 35 cases of enteritis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016. Patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. Group Ⅰ (n=17) received conventional basic care, group Ⅱ (n=18) undertook the systematic health education instruction under the above conditions and observed and evaluated the intervention of the two groups. ReSUltS Compared with group Ⅰ , the recovery time of group Ⅱ patients was significantly shorter, and the compliance score and parental knowledge masterbatch were significantly improved, which was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After a questionnaire survey of services, it was shown that the satisfaction of parents in group Ⅱ compared with group I was significantly improved, reaching 100.0%, which was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is a feasible intervention strategy to carry out systematic health education guidance in the clinical nursing of pediatric enteritis patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
