目的本文针对临床用药中所存在的安全隐患所采取的防范方法展开分析。方法结合我院具体情况,针对临床用药中存在的安全隐患加以分析,并针对有效预防对策加以总结。结果临床用药中潜在的安全隐患表现在多个层面,具体表现为:(1)药品与患者之间;(2)药物储存混乱;(3)药物商品名和通用名有差异;(4)缺乏药品配伍禁忌知识;(5)静脉输液中的安全隐患等。结论针对这些用药中所存在的安全隐患,医院可通过培训提高医务人员的专业素养,加强设备设施的监管力度,完善用药流程等一系列防范措施来预防安全隐患的发生,从而使得临床用药的安全性得到有效的提高,使得治疗效果得到保障。

Objective This article analyzes the precautionary methods adopted for the potential safety problems in clinical medicine. Methods According to the specific conditions of our hospital, we analyzed the potential safety problems in clinical medications and summarized the effective prevention measures. Results The potential safety hazards in clinical drug use are manifested on multiple levels. The specific manifestations are： （1） Drug and patient; （2） Confusion in drug storage; （3） Differences in drug product name and generic name; （4） Lack of Drug compatibility taboos; （5） Hidden safety problems in intravenous infusion. Conclusion In view of the potential safety hazards in these medications, hospitals can improve the professional quality of medical personnel through training, strengthen the supervision of equipment and facilities, and improve the medication process to prevent potential safety hazards occurs, so that the safety of clinical medication is effectively improved, so that the treatment effect is guaranteed.
