循证护理在预防血液透析中低血压发生的临床价值研究

The Clinical Value of Evidence-Based Nursing in Preventing Hypotension in Hemodialysis

目的了解血液透析治疗患者接受循证护理对预防治疗期间发生低血压的临床价值以及护理质量影响。方法分析对象来自笔者所在血液净化中心于2016年至2018年收治的接受血液透析治疗患者,在该群体中抽取80例,根据患者在治疗期间接受护理措施的差异将其以每组40例分为常规组与循证组,分别给予常规血液透析治疗护理配合、循证护理干预模式。比较两种护理下患者治疗期间出现低血压事件情况以及对护理服务质量的评价,归纳循证护理在此类患者中的临床价值。结果两组患者在透析期间均出现低血压情况,循证组患者发生率显著低于常规组,组间差异经统计学软件处理有意义(P<0.05);发放自制护理质量满意度调查问卷,循证组对护理过程的流畅性、专业性、灵活性和针对性等项目评价均明显高于常规组,组间差异经统计学软件处理有意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析治疗患者与循证护理措施相配合对于低血压事件的预防有着积极影响价值,同时循证护理更具针对性和科学性的特点让患者对护理评价显著上升,对于患者和医院而言均有临床意义,值得推广。

Objective To understand the clinical value and quality of care of patients undergoing hemodialysis for evidencebased care during prophylaxis. Methods The subjects were selected from the blood purification center of the author from 2016 to 2018, and 80 patients were treated with hemodialysis. According to the difference of the patient＇s nursing measures during the treatment, 40 cases of each group were divided into the routine group and the evldence-based group, and the nursing coordination and evidencebased nursing intervention were given to the routine hemodialysis treatment.To compare the situation of hypotension and the quality of nursing service during the treatment of two kinds of nursing patients, and to sum up the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in these patients. Results Hypotension occurred during dialysis in both groups, and the incidence of patients in the evidence-based group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group. Differences between groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; selfmade quality of care satisfaction questionnaire was issued. Evidence-based groups evaluated the fluency, professionalism, flexibility, and pertinence of the nursing process significantly higher than the routine group, and differences between groups were statistieally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of hemodialysis patients and evidence-based nursing measures has a positive impact on the prevention of hypotension events.
