探讨miRNA与缺血性脑卒中关系的研究进展

缺血性脑卒中是临床常见的一种脑血管疾病,其主要是因颈动脉与椎动脉等供血动脉出现狭窄、闭塞等,引起脑部供血不足,造成脑组织坏死而导致的,危害性极大。mi RNA(micro RNA)为一种非编码且结构短小的单链RNA,其与多种疾病的发生及发展均具有密切的关系。近年来,临床上关于mi RNA与缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究也明显增多,本文就对其研究进展进行总结分析。

Ischemic stroke is a common clinical kind of cerebrovascular disease, which is mainly caused by the stenosis and occlusion of the blood supply arteries of the carotid and vertebral arteries, which cause the insufficiency of the brain blood supply and cause the necrosis of the brain tissue, which is very harmful, miRNA （micro RNA） is a non coding and short stranded single stranded RNA, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. In recent years, the correlation between miRNA and ischemic stroke has also been increased significantly.
