半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Chronic Gastritis and Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年5月收治的160例慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组87例和对照组73例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组使用半夏泻心汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后肠胃功能均有所改善(P<0.05);观察组各项指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎的治疗中应用半夏泻心汤可以提高临床治疗效果,恢复患者的肠胃功能,临床应用安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on chronic gastritis and ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic gastritis and ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group （87 cases） and control group （73 cases）. The control group was given conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; The gastrointestinal function was improved after treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）; The improvement of the indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis and ulcerative colitis can improve the clinical treatment effect and restore the patient＇s gastrointestinal function. The safety of clinical application is high.
