不同置换液量血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症的护理要点分析

Analysis of Nursing Points of Hemodialysis Treated with Different Replacement Fluid Hemodialysis

目的在对尿毒症患者进行不同置换液量血液透析滤过治疗时分析其护理要点,并实施有效的护理措施,探讨其效果。方法对2017年1月至2017年6月在我院采用血液透析滤过治疗的38例患者纳入研究并随机分为常规组和研究组,常规组患者在透析滤过过程中进行常规治疗,而研究组则针对不同置换液血液透析滤过的护理要点进行治疗,比较并采用统计学分析两组患者治疗效果。结果经记录采用统计学分析可得,研究组的治疗效果优于常规组的,P<0.05,存在统计学差异。结论在对尿毒症患者展开不同置换液量血液透析滤过治疗时可以对其进行护理要点分析,实施有效的护理措施,促进疗效。

Objective To analyze the nursing points of hemodialysis patients with uremia patients under different replacement fluid hemodilntion, and implement effective nursing measures, discuss their effects. Methods From January 2017 to June 2017 in our hospital 38 patients with hemodialysis in the treatment of patients enrolled in this study, expansion stochastic grouping, respectively conventional group and the research group, conventional group with routine treatment in the diafihration process, and nursing research group for different replacement fluid hemodiafiltration to care. By comparison and statistical analysis of two groups of patients with treatment effects. Results Statistical analysis showed that the treatment effect of.the study group was superior to that of the conventional group, with statistical difference at P〈0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of uremic patients with different replacement fluid hemodiafiltration therapy can be its main point of care analysis, the implementation of effective care measures to promote the efficacy.
