血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌梗死患者内皮功能的影响

Effect of Blood Stasis Relief Decoction on Endothelial Function of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌梗死患者内皮功能的影响。方法选取急性心肌梗死患者208例随机分为两组,对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上予以血府逐瘀汤治疗。观察其对患者心功能及内皮功能的影响。结果两组治疗前的LVEF、IVST、LVEDD水平无差异(P>0.05),治疗后的LVEF、IVST水平较治疗前升高,LVEDD水平较治疗前降低,观察组较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的FMD、v WF水平无差异(P>0.05),治疗后的FMD水平较治疗前显著升高,v WF水平显著降低,观察组改善程度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤治疗心肌梗死疗效显著,可有效改善患者内皮功能。

0bjective To investigate effect of Blood Stasis Relief Decoction on endothelial function of acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods choose 208 cases acute myocardial infarction patients, divide them into two groups randomly. Control group was treated with routine western medicine, and observation group with Blood Stasis Relief Decoction on above basis. 0bserve effect on cardiac and endothelial function of patients. Results LVEF, IVST and LVEDD level showed no difference before treatment （P〉0.05）. LVEF and IVST level after treatment was higher than before, LVEDD level was lower than before, that of observation group was significantly better than control group, difference showed statistical significance, （P〈0.05）. FMD and vWF level before treatment showed no difference, （P〉0.05）. FMD level after treatment was significantly higher than before, vWF level decreased significantly, improvement of observation group was significantly higher than control group, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Blood Stasis Relief Decoction has significant effect in treatment of myocardial infarction and can improve endothelial function of patients effectively.
