分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗肝硬化伴胆囊结石的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in The Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis with Gallstone

目的将腹腔镜胆囊切除术用于肝硬化伴胆囊结石患者治疗中,对其临床疗效进行评价。方法对我院收治的54例肝硬化伴胆囊结石分组研究,B组患者行开腹胆囊切除术,A组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对两组手术结果进行评价。结果 A组手术时长、术中出血量、住院时间等手术指标与B组相比,均明显更好(P<0.05);A组并发症率为7.41%,相比B组22.22%明显更低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术用于肝硬化伴胆囊结石患者治疗中效果较为理想,可减少术中出血量与术后并发症,提升患者生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with cirrhosis and gallstones. Methods 54 cases of cirrhosis with gallstones were studied in our hospital. Group B patients underwent open cholecystectomy. Group A underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The results of the two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with group B, surgical indexes such as length of operation, blood loss, length of hospital stay in group A were significantly better （P〈0.05）; complication rate in group A was 7.41%, which was significantly higher than group 22.22% in group B. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is ideal for the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis and gallbladder stones. It can reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
