大型工程项目管理的复杂性研究

Research on Complexity of Large Scale Project Management

随着工程项目的日趋复杂,项目管理的复杂性问题日益凸显,已经成为影响项目成功的重要因素。本文从组织复杂性、技术复杂性、目标复杂性及环境复杂性4个方面对大型工程项目管理复杂性进行了分析,并提出了控制措施,为项目管理者提供理论依据。

With the increasing complexity of Engineering projects, the complexity of project management has become increasingly prominent, and has become an important factor affecting the success of the project. In this paper, the complexity of large-scale project management is analyzed from four aspects： organizational complexity, technical complexity, target complexity and environmental complexity, and control measures are proposed to provide theoretical basis for project managers.
