当前,在土木工程施工过程中监督与制约机制不完善、设计方案变更频繁、施工人员素质不高以及安全等问题都制约了施工质量的提升;本文主要是从这三个方面出发进行分析,并提出了改善措施。

At present, the improvement of construction quality is restricted by imperfect supervision and restriction mechanism, frequent change of design scheme, low quality of construction personnel and safety in civil engineering construction. This article is mainly from these three aspects to carry on the analysis, and proposed the improvement measure.
