聚氨酯材料在人工半月板中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 半月板损伤是最常见的运动损伤,目前半月板损伤最主要的治疗方法是半月板修整成型或半月板缝合,效果并不是很明确。半月板移植受到来源等问题限制,开展不多。随着聚氨酯等高分子材料在骨科的应用,人工半月板也逐渐发展起来,目前可用于人体的有部分半月板假体,即CMI和Acifit,以及临床试验永久型全半月板假体NUsurface,其中Acifit和NUsurface主要材料就是聚氨酯。所以本文将聚氨酯材料在人工半月板中的应用做一个详细综述,为人工半月板的研发提供思路。 Meniscus injury is the most common sports injury. The most important treatment for meniscus injury is meniscus repair or meniscus suture. However, the outcome is not very clear. The meniscus transplantation is instructed with its sources and other issues. With the application of polymer materials such as polyurethane in orthopedics, the artificial meniscus has gradually developed. Currently, only two partial meniscus prostheses, CMI and Acifit can be used in the human body, as well as the full meniscus prosthesis NUsurface. The main material of Acifit and NUsurface is polyurethane. Therefore, this paper will make a detailed review of the application of polyurethane materials in artificial meniscus, and provide ideas for the development o f artificial meniscus.
