Research and Practice of Modular Project Management Course System for Different Majors and Types in Mechanical Engineering

严峻的就业形势导致各行业对项目管理要求不同。针对目前课程教学中存在的未差异化教学、实践内容缺乏、教学模式单一等问题,本文提出当前机械工程背景下的不同类型、不同培养方式和不同专业领域的模块化项目管理课程体系改革方案。构建项目管理知识体系、教学方式等模块,以适合不同专业及类型的差异化教学,进而使项目管理相关课程更有系统性、针对性。

Employment crisis has led to different requirements for project management in various industries. In view of the lack of practice and mode in current teaching, this paper proposes the reform of modular project management course system for different types and professional fields in the current mechanical engineering background and builds knowledge systems, teaching methods and other modules to suit various types of teaching, thence the courses are more systematic and targeted.
