浅析校企“双创”合作下的人才培养与课程建设

Analysis on Personnel Training and Course Construction under the School-Enterprise Cooperation in Entrepreneurship and Innovation

为了解决大学生创新创业能力培养过程中存在的实际问题,本文提出一种基于"传感器与检测技术"课程改革的校企合作模式。通过对校企合作课程改革模式、理实一体化课程建设、基于特定项目的校企联合人才培养模式等三个方面的研究,以促进学生创新与就业能力的提升,达到共同培养应用型创新人才的目的,为提升国家核心竞争力提供专业人才保证。

In order to solve the practical problems existing in the process of cultivating college students＇ innovative and entrepreneurial ability, this paper puts forward a model of school-enterprise cooperation based on the course reform of sensor and detection technology. Through the research of three aspects, such as the course reform mode under the school-enterprise cooperation, the construction of the course integrated and the training mode of the school-enterprise based on the specific project, in order to promote the students＇ innovation and employment ability, to achieve the purpose of cultivating the applied innovative talent, and to provide professional talents for the promotion of the core competitiveness of the country.
