摘要
为探讨在高职护理生理教学中教师课后反馈对护生专业学习的影响,在苏州卫生职业技术学院2017级护理专业高职学生中尝试了积极的多元化课后反馈贯穿于生理学教学。通过学习动机测验(SLT)量表、理论考试成绩及自制问卷调查,结果证明生理学教学中积极的多元化课后反馈能够明显提高学习者学习的兴趣、参与度及知识考查成绩。
In order to explore the influence of teachers' feedback after class on the professional learning of nursing students in higher vocational nursing physiology teaching, among the Grade 2017 higher vocational nursing students of Suzhou Vocational Health College, a positive pluralistic after-school feedback was tried in physiology teaching. Through learning motivation test (SLT) scale, theoretical examination results and self-made questionnaire survey, the results show that positive feedback after class teaching in physiology teaching can significantly improve learners' interest in learning, participation and knowledge examination results.
