摘要
在《关于统筹推进县域内城乡义务教育一体化改革发展的若干意见》等一系列支持乡村教育的中央政策文件的推动下,乡村教育发展有了巨大的飞跃,但是乡村小规模学校作为乡村学校的薄弱点,从过去五年的教育统计数据看,乡村小规模学校仍然呈现出办学规模连年缩减,生源大量流失,教师结构性缺编,优质师资流失,教育投入滑坡的困境,今后乡村小规模学校的发展还需要进一步提高政策的执行力度和监督评价,设立专项资金支持保障,完善教师队伍的补充和培养机制,探索多样化的课堂教学,为乡村小规模学校的发展注入新的活力。
Under the impetus of a series of central policy documents supporting rural education, such as the "Proposal on Promoting the Integrated Reform and Development of Urban and Rural Compulsory Education in County Areas", the development of rural education has made a huge leap, but small-scale rural schools are the weak point of rural schools. Viewing from the educational statistics of the past five years, there are still some problems about small-scale rural schools, such as the shrinking scale of school-running year by year, the severe loss of students, the lack of a rational teacher structure, the loss of quality teachers, and the decline of education investment. To develop small-scale rural schools, the implementation of policies should be further improved, and the supervision and evaluation should be enhanced. Besides, special funds to support it should be set up, in order to improve the recruitment and training of teachers. Finally, diverse classroom teaching should be explored, in order to inject new vitality into the development of small-scale rural schools.
