对高校学生资助工作的几点思考

Reflections on the Financial Aid Work for Students in Colleges and Universities

随着国家资助体系的实施与不断完善,我国高校已普遍形成"奖、助、贷、勤、补、免"的资助格局,但目前的学生资助工作体系中还存在着一些不足,如困难生的认定职责、贫困标准、认定方式、获助困难生的再教育等等。贫困生资助工作关系到社会稳定和国家的长治久安,做好高校贫困生的管理和思想政治教育,有利于他们全面、健康地发展,有利于塑造大学生健康人格和感恩品质。本文通过对当前高校资助工作中存在的问题进行分析,探究解决资助工作中的困难,力求使资助工作能够更加公平合理,确保有限的资金发挥最大的效益。

With the implementation and continuous improvement of the national financial aid system, China＇s colleges and universities have generally formed a financial aid pattern of ＂award, assistance, loan, work-study, supplement, and exemption＂. However, there are still some shortcomings in the current financial aid system, such as the identification of poverty-stricken students, the standard of poverty, the way of identification, and the re-education for students with difficulties. The financial aid for poverty-stricken students is related to social stability and long-term stability of the country. Effective management and ideological and political education for poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities is conducive to their overall and healthy development, as well as the formation of their healthy personality and awareness of gratitude. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current financial aid work in colleges and universities, and explores measures to solve the difficulties in it, striving to make the financial aid work more fair and reasonable, and ensure that the benefits of the limited funds can be maximized.
