摘要
本研究选取158名基层公职人员,采用自陈式问卷的调查方法,考察了工作家庭、公共服务动机和工作满意度间的关系。结果发现:(1)基层公职人员工作家庭平衡、公共服务动机、工作满意度均处于中等偏上水平;(2)基层公职人员工作家庭平衡、公共服务动机与工作满意度均呈显著正相关;(3)工作家庭平衡与公共服务动机均对生活满意度有显著正向预测作用。
Abstract In this study, 158 grassroots public officials were selected, and the relationship between work-family relationship, public service motivation and job satisfaction was examined using a self-reported questionnaire survey method. The results show that: (1) The work-family balance, public service motivation, and job satisfaction of grassroots public officials are all above average; (2) The work-family balance, public service motivation, and job satisfaction of grassroots public officials are significantly positively correlated; (3) Both work-family balance and public service motivation have a significant positive predictive effect on life satisfaction.
